We offer meditation and spiritual mentoring classes in the South Bay of Los Angeles - class locations in both San Pedro and Manhattan Beach, with occasional off-site spiritual retreats. These classes focus on many kinds of meditation - mindfulness, compassion, chakra, and awareness work. They are spiritual in focus but non-denominational.
