I have to say that I had a hard time finding a photo of laughter that was natural so I had to resort to a picture of a baby! (Laugh..) Do I really laugh 30 times a day? Yikes… I guess that you will have to listen to my podcast to find out! (I got two just writing this post…)

I am heading to the airport this morning and, after reading some of the other posts (especially Collage Diva’s) I am vowing to buy myself a laugh-o-meter on the way to the airport. That should make me laugh just doing it!

    I really agree with that. “Laughter is the best medicine!”. People who laugh more often are those people who are less at risk of having certain heart problem. Smiling relaxes your muscles and releases stress. Smile often guys!=).
