Some people on Twitter stand out. I met this guy the other day who stood out to me. I think it was one of those autoreply direct messages, but he said that he liked to know who he was following and that made me think…. Do I know who I am following here?
So, of course, I had to check him out. I was glad that I did. He seemed like a really cool guy. His name is Dr. Ron Spallone and his blog is called Go Get Thin. Check it out. You can learn more about him on Dr. Ron’s About Page. (His story is really inspiring!) Dr. Ron helps people get well because he had an unique opportunity at a young age to see how valuable good health is. I subscribed to his blog, as I always do when I find one that is interesting!
Dr. Ron also has a radio show on BTR. His show is about ways to live healthy and lose weight. It was fun to discover his show because I think that BlogTalkRadio is one of the best kept secrets on the internet! There is so much amazing content out there but often tricky to find the good stuff. This is good stuff. Check out Dr. Ron Spallone on BTR
On Dr. Ron’s About Page, he had this video and it was so good I just had to include it. (Just to be clear… this video is NOT Dr. Ron’s story… it is just a good video to watch!) The father in this video is a true testament to the heroes that parents are when they do their best.
Normally, every Wednesday evening I have a live show where I interview interesting people that I meet online. This Wednesday, I am off in the woods – camping with my family – so I am not able to do the LIVE show, but I do recommend that you visit the show page anyways because I have left a treat there for you! Michele Bergh, a powerhouse of a woman who has made a big impact on the local Twin Cities (MN) holistic community, will be sharing what she has been up to. It was a great show… check it out at the Cirkla Radio Show page. If you have heard the show before and enjoy listening, please subscribe to our show page. If you enjoy this blog, you can subscribe to it as well!
